Responsibilities Lead and exceed given in-country annual/quarterly revenue targets.Accelerate market growth with total solution offeringIdentifying and acquiring new market and customer segmentsWorking closely with local partner Sales and global BD Team, to understand customer requirements and build a compelling total solution value propositionDeveloping a good understanding of the customer needs, solutions, and vertical marketThrough forecast and financial planningDevelop pipeline through prospecting, cross selling with Partner Sales and Marketing TeamAligning with the Country / Regional Sales LeadershipOwn and manage customer relationships and interactions through all stages of the sales cycle, as well as working with the Bid and Commercial Team on formal customer responsesUtilization of CRM tool to manage customer contacts, pipeline and opportunitiesQualificationsSelf-Starter and Disciplined in Follow-Through“Hunter” mentality and aggressiveAt least 3 years of successful solution selling experience, particularly PaaS, SaaS and Global SIM Connectivity.Proven track record of achieving “business development” sales targets, working in an “overlay” roleAbility to bring existing network contacts.In-depth, understanding of the IoT, landscape, platforms, competitors, and overall value chainProven stakeholder management experienceExcellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in EnglishAbility to translate customer requirements into strategic proposalsAbility to develop joint strategic sales plans for increase revenue and market shareAbility to travel up to 50% of the timeFluency in English is a must
