We are seeking a Sales Manager – MICE to lead strategy, execution, client success, and growth of a pan-India MICE vertical. This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who thrive in building strong networks, managing teams, and driving performance.What You’ll Do:Business & StrategyDrive revenue growth by implementing competitive strategies aligned with profitability goalsPrepare and monitor annual business plans, budgets, and performance reviewsBuild strategic partnerships with hotels, venues, vendors, and corporate clientsSales & Client EngagementOwn and expand key client relationships; drive new client acquisition across geographiesProvide support to sales teams across locations to ensure MICE revenue goals are metWork closely with decision-makers to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retentionEvent LeadershipOversee the execution of end-to-end MICE events—budgeting, planning, execution & post-event reviewManage centralized MICE and leisure operations, mentor regional teams, and improve efficiencyEnsure every event is delivered on-brand, on-budget, and on-timeMarket Insight & CollaborationAnalyze trends and competitor activity to adapt to market shiftsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and operational alignmentWhat We’re Looking For:Experience: 10–15 years in MICE, with 5+ years in a leadership roleIndustry Background: Travel Management Company (TMC) or Corporate/Event Management firmEducation: Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Business, or Tourism; MBA preferredSkills:Strategic & Financial AcumenDestination Knowledge & Global Market InsightExecutive-level Client EngagementStrong Negotiation, Communication & Contracting SkillsPassion for Events, Travel, and Operational ExcellenceWhy This Role?Lead a nationally recognized MICE business functionWork with top-tier clients and high-impact eventsOwn growth, delivery, and team leadershipEnjoy autonomy with strong cross-functional collaborationApply NowLocation: MumbaiSend your CV to: ( )Or DM for more information.
