Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for Corporate B2 B Sales to join our healthcare company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate sales in the health sector, with a proven ability to drive growth through strategic partnerships, account management, and business development. This role will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients and managing existing relationships to achieve revenue targets. How you will make an impact: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a robust B2 B sales strategy targeting corporate clients in the healthcare industry. Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the corporate healthcare sector. Align sales efforts with the company's overall business objectives and revenue goals. Business Development & Client Acquisition: Lead efforts to generate new corporate clients through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company’s healthcare solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals with key corporate clients. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Identify and evaluate emerging market trends and incorporate them into the sales strategy. Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales activities with business goals. Mentor and coach junior sales team members, providing guidance on best practices and strategies for success. We are looking for people who: 7+ years of experience in B2 B sales, with at least 5 years in the health industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value corporate accounts. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly corporate healthcare solutions (insurance, wellness programs, healthcare products, etc.). Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
