Manager Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships and Business Development Manager to drive growth through our Institutional partnerships and Affiliate Program. This role involves managing existing B2B relationships, expanding networks in fintech, and optimizing lead flow processes. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in B2B development, partnership management, and channel sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Partnership Management : Oversee current B2B partnerships for smooth lead flow and partner satisfaction; acquire new fintech partners and negotiate agreements.
Direct Selling Agent (DSA) Program : Manage and grow the Affiliate network, set performance targets, track metrics, and provide training to drive qualified lead flow/ traffic through Affiliates.
Lead Flow Optimization : Ensure efficient lead transfer and qualification, analyze data for insights, and collaborate with Product and Tech for seamless platform integration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Compliance to align partnership goals with company objectives, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of experience in partnership management or business development, ideally in
fintech or financial services.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
