The candidate will play a pivotal role inscaling our direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform while ensuring synergy between our existingportfolio and new product additions aligned with our target consumers.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth and Profitability● Shape the eCommerce vision for 7NShop.com and Panacea Biotec, positioning theplatform as the preferred marketplace for mothers, children, and wellness-focusedconsumers.● Driving sustainable revenue growth while balancing profitability, scale, andconsumer trust.● Expand the product ecosystem by identifying and integrating categories and brandsthat create long-term synergies with our core consumers.● Innovate business models (subscriptions, loyalty programs, bundling) to deepenengagement and maximize customer lifetime value.● Act as a strategic thought partner to the leadership of Panacea Biotec, ensuringe-Commerce growth aligns with the broader corporate vision and future consumerhealth trends.Marketplace Sales & Partnerships:● Oversee pricing, promotions.● Build and strengthen relationships with marketplaces to drive growth. Negotiatecommercial terms, visibility packages, and promotional tie-ups.● Drive revenue growth, category expansion, and preferential placements onpartner platforms.● Collaborate with tech/product/marketing teams on platform enhancements (UI/UX,
