Regional Marketing Manager - APAC, MEA
Experience: 8+ years
Location: Bengaluru
Algonomy (previously Manthan and Richrelevance) is looking for a dynamic, innovative and a hands on individual to turbocharge its growth marketing aspects as it races to pole position in defining paradigm shift in powering algorithmic retail for retailers and brands. You will be working closely with cross functional and cross cultural teams across geos (NA, Europe, APAC & MEA) to script strategies and stories which have a global resonance. Responsibilities
- Define and execute region-specific marketing strategy
- Define marketing goals and KPIs
- Own pipeline and lead targets for the region
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing team and SDR team to achieve regional revenue goals
- Use omni channel marketing (organic, PPC, email automation, intent based marketing etc.) best practices
- Design and run Account Based Marketing programs
- Track your marketing campaigns and determine the most successful ones
- Prepare and present reports on campaign success and deliverable
- Plan and host online and offline events from pipeline perspective
- Support overall marketing team goals and programs
Who you should be
- A tier 1 MBA graduate with around 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
- Exposure to APAC, MEA markets
- Has been formulating and executing ABM strategies, exposure to AB / intent based marketing platforms (vz. 6Sense, Demandbase, Terminus etc.) would be an added advantage
- Experience with organizing local and regional events
- Proficient in marketing automation and analytics features (exposure to SFDC, Marketo, Drift, Apollo will be preferred)
- Outstanding communicator and creative thinker
