Regional Marketing Specialist

We at Third Wave Coffee are looking for a talented individual comes with an experience of formulating & driving a tailor-made regional marketing plan. With consumer experience as one of our key focus areas, the community manager will be focused on driving community engagement through events, workshops, BTL campaigns, etc. Our ideal candidate will be someone super enthusiastic about creating an impact through regional / local campaigns, organise & facilitate events, manage NSO launches offline & online, etc.
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Strategy development: Developing and implementing regional BTL marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.
- Budget management: Managing budgets and ensuring effective utilization of resources for BTL marketing activities in the region.
- Campaign execution: Planning, coordinating, and executing BTL marketing campaigns in the region, including experiential marketing, product launches, in-store promotions, and direct mail.
- Vendor management: Negotiating contracts with vendors and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Team management: Managing a team of BTL activation executives to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and achievement of objectives.
- Data analysis and reporting: Collecting and analysing data to evaluate the effectiveness of BTL marketing campaigns and reporting the results to the senior management team.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, including sales, product development, and digital marketing teams, to ensure BTL marketing campaigns are integrated with other marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in BTL marketing and activation.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and evaluate campaign performance.
- Experience in managing teams and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
