Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Operation Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional account management support and drive sales conversion activities for both new and repeat business. This position is ideal for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is adept at building strong customer relationships and ensuring the best possible service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and aligning solutions with their needs.
Sales Support & Order Management: Assist customers with ordering our solutions in a timely manner. Manage pricing, proposals, and order fulfillment according to customer requirements, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
Needs Analysis & Solution Matching: Analyze the in-depth needs of potential clients, tailoring solutions that meet their specific requirements. Work with customers to understand their pain points and propose effective solutions.
Lead Follow-Up & Prospecting: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, following up on leads and converting opportunities into sales. Manage the lead pipeline, ensuring timely responses and proactive engagement.
Sales Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement creative sales strategies that align with company objectives. Share insights and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Sales Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all leads, prospects, and closed sales. Track sales performance and provide regular updates to sales management on progress against goals.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues related to orders or products, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in a sales, account management, or technical sales role, preferably in (industry type, e.g., technology, engineering, SaaS, etc.).
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the technical aspects of our solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate product benefits to customers.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-Oriented: Proven ability to build relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to close sales and manage customer expectations. Experience in pricing, proposals, and negotiations is a plus.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and pipelines.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess customer needs and provide creative, tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with B2B Sales or in a technical sales environment is highly preferred.
Sales Certifications or relevant training in sales techniques is a plus.
