Job Description: Business Development, Sales, and Operations (MBA Freshers)

**Position Overview**:
Eumaxindia Private Limited is a leading branding, digital, media and outdoor advertising company providing tailored advertising solutions for business of all sizes. We are looking for dynamic and ambitious MBA freshers to join our team in the roles of Business Development, Sales, and Operations. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- **Proposal Development**: Assist in the preparation and presentation of business proposals, pitches, and contracts.

**Sales**:

- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Client Meetings**: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- **Sales Follow-Up**: Follow up with leads and prospects to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

**Operations**:

- **Process Improvement**: Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- **Project Management**: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of operational issues.
- **Data Analysis**: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory levels, supply chain operations, and logistics.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA degree with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous internship or project experience in business development, sales, or operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
