**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform comprehensive analysis of sales data, activities, and market trends.
- Develop and manage data models to uncover insights and patterns using statistical methods.
- Create and deliver regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance and trends to stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in sales analysis.
- Curate account and lead lists for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
- Demonstrate adaptability to new technologies and software solutions enhancing sales efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel (including Macros) with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales data structures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
