Executive - Sales & Operations

Roles & Responsibility:
- Receive leads from Presales Team on daily basis.
- Handling Sales at site office for a particular site.
- Arranging site visits to clients and closure of Prospect deal.
- Regular sales calls and follow ups / update leads received and enter in CRM.
- Reporting to Sales Manager on daily Sales activities / Improvement areas/ Key client issues.
- Facilitating and providing necessary details of the site to customers via E-mail/ Calls or Face to Face discussion.
- Independently conduct one on one customer walk through of Vacant units, answer quires regarding
services and amenities of the Site.
- Generation of prospective clients and getting Referrals.
- A strong team player with the ability to motivate teams of professionals towards maximum productivity
with exceptional consensus building, negotiating & interpersonal skills and comprehensive problem solving abilities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
