We are VSAN AGRO and dairy equipment one of the leading manufacturer of Farm equipment in India. Founded in 2012, with the vision of fulfil the farmers expectation created this firm. We fulfil the Farmers basic needs of good quality machineries with better service support. Our milking machine, chaff cutter, cream separator, battery sprayers are iconic brand of every agriculture shop.

A sales executive job description typically includes the following responsibilities and qualifications:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Generating Leads**: Identifying and pursuing potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. **Sales Presentations**: Presenting products or services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.

3. **Negotiation**: Negotiating terms of agreements and closing sales, aiming to maximize profits while satisfying customers' needs.

4. **Customer Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

5. **Market Research**: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.

6. **Sales Strategy Development**: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base.

7. **Reporting**: Providing regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts to management.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Education**: Any Bachelor's degree

2. **Sales Experience**: Previous experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry, demonstrating a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

3. **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey product features and benefits to potential clients.

4. **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and resolve conflicts with clients.

5. **Customer Focus**: A customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

6. **Self-Motivation**: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs, and to quickly learn about new products or services.

8. **Tech-Savviness**: Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
