Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager at The New Era. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales funnel & drive sales closure , closing all leads and deals, developing business strategies, and leading a team of professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects. The role will involve working closely with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives. You will need to achieve sales target on project month on month through a team of 3 to 5 designers. *Ensure sales funnel management to achieve a high conversion rate output. *Target and achieve 6-8 projects a month, by ensuring new project booking. *Training designer to ensure sales& enabling them to achieve their targets. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Architecture 5+years of work-experience in B2 C Business Development and Growth Team Leadership and Project Management experience Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills Experience in the Architecture or Interior Design industry Knowledge of design software Revit Sketchup Auto cad
