The Company has started a new vertical: "Idea to IPO" where it is partnering with selected strategic companies to propel their business trajectory towards lucrative expansion, professionalize and condense their sustainable growth and profitability; and finally steering these entities towards an initial public offering (IPO) within a 36-month horizon. We provide services including but not limited to Branding, Promotion, Marketing, Funding assistance, Business Reviews, Improvement Cycles along with dedicated Growth Partners steering the Company Strategy etc. to launch the company towards the next level of growth.
We are hiring Manager - Fund Raising to help us in arranging Funds for the growth of these Portfolio Companies.
As the Manager - Fund Raising, expectations are as follows:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the portfolio company's growth objectives.
Capital Raising:
- Lead efforts to liaise and raise equity and debt capital from Anchor Investors, Institutional Investors, HNIs, Ultra HNIs, Family Offices, Banks and other Financial Institutions including MFs (Large, Mid, Small Cap).
Investor Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective investors, ensuring effective communication and reporting.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investors looking for investment opportunities.
Deal Structuring:
- Negotiate and structure financing deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to facilitate smooth fundraising processes.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on fundraising performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: MBA-Finance/CFA/CA
- Experience: About 10 years of experience in Investment Banking or a similar role, with a proven track record in SME capital raising.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indian financial markets, regulatory environment, and funding mechanisms.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; analytical mindset; and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Network: Established relationships with key stakeholders in the investment community.
