About Company:Business Investments Group's international B2B congresses connect governments, investors, and businesses to their prospective and existing partners to enable growth of business for every party.Working with industry leaders across the world, we host a range of networking opportunities including international business congresses, conferences, exhibitions, 1-2-1 meetings, award ceremonies and VIP receptions.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, specializing in B2B events.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B events sector through research, networking, and outreach.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored event solutions.Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to inform business development strategies.Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to prospective clients to secure new business.Delegate and Sponsorship Sales:Drive sales for delegate passes, sponsorship packages, and exhibition spaces. Present and demonstrate the value of attending and sponsoring our events, focusing on ROI for clients in both areas.Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing and events teams to ensure alignment on promotional strategies and event execution.Sales Tracking:Monitor and report on sales metrics and business development initiatives, providing insights for improvement.Negotiation:Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or event management, preferably in the B2B space.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with event management tools is a plus.Experience working in an international company, demonstrating the ability to understand and adapt to the fast-paced, dynamic nature of global business environments.
