Sales strategy manager

Key Responsibilities:
Branch Profitability Analysis:
Analyze branch-level performance metrics, including revenue, cost, and profit margins.
Identify key drivers of profitability and propose strategies to enhance branch-level outcomes.
Sales Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics across branches.
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales efficiency.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement profitability enhancement strategies.
Assist in setting sales targets aligned with organizational goals.
Data Management & Reporting:
Develop and maintain dashboards to track branch-level KPIs.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with finance, operations, and regional sales teams to align branch goals with overall business objectives.
Provide actionable insights to branch managers and sales teams to optimize performance.
Market Insights & Forecasting:
Conduct market research to understand competitive positioning and local market conditions.
Assist in forecasting sales performance and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: 4–6 years of experience in sales strategy, financial analysis, or similar roles, preferably in a multi-branch setup or BFSI sector.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools.
Understanding of profitability analysis and financial modeling.
Other Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different levels.
