We are seeking a Manager - Strategy to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future direction. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a strategic approach to problem-solving, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. This role will be critical in driving data-driven decisions to enhance sales effectiveness and branch profitability.


Key Responsibilities:


Branch Profitability Analysis:

  • Analyze branch-level performance metrics, including revenue, cost, and profit margins.
  • Identify key drivers of profitability and propose strategies to enhance branch-level outcomes.


Sales Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics across branches.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales efficiency.


Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement profitability enhancement strategies.
  • Assist in setting sales targets aligned with organizational goals.


Data Management & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track branch-level KPIs.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with finance, operations, and regional sales teams to align branch goals with overall business objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights to branch managers and sales teams to optimize performance.


Market Insights & Forecasting:

  • Conduct market research to understand competitive positioning and local market conditions.
  • Assist in forecasting sales performance and resource allocation.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields. MBA or equivalent is preferred.


Experience: 4–6 years of experience in sales strategy, financial analysis, or similar roles, preferably in a multi-branch setup or BFSI sector.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of profitability analysis and financial modeling.


Other Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different levels.
