Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth within the education industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess a deep understanding of the K-12 and higher education landscapes, and have a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of our mission. schools, educational institutions including private coaching , government bodies). Develop new business opportunities by liaisoning with school administration, tuition teachers and coaching centres Develop and execute strategic outreach plans including ground activations through workshops and seminars in schools, participation in promotional events in residential societies etc. Participate in / Organize conferences, workshops, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads. Ensure all leads generated are of High Quality & uploaded timely in the system for further management Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and educational policy changes. Achieve and exceed assigned targets and key performance indicators. Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or a related field. ~2 + years of proven experience in business development or sales, specifically within the education industry. ~ Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. ~ Understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. ~ Willingness to travel extensively ~ Language Known : English , Hindi , Regional Language (Bengali / Marathi etc ) Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience with EdTech products or solutions. Existing network of contacts within the education sector. ~
