Role name : Talent Acqusition Specialist
Experience : 8-10 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong understanding of the Data and AI landscape and hiring of Technical skills.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and AI specialists
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements for Data and AI roles
Leverage AI-powered tools for candidate sourcing, screening, and matching
Conduct technical screening interviews to assess candidates' expertise in Data Science and AI technologies
Build & maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future needs
Implement data -driven approaches to optimize the recruitment process and improve hiring outcomes
Foster relationships with universities, professional networks, and tech communities to enhance our employer brand in Data and AI space
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Data Science and AI to effectively evaluate candidates
The role could involve elements of HR Operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 8-10 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on Data Science and AI roles
· Proficiency in using AI-powered recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
· Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
· Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with technical candidates and hiring managers
· Experience in organizing and participating in tech-focused recruitment events and hackathons
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science m Human Resources or related field ( Master’s degree preferred)
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
· Interpersonal Skills: Building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
· Organizational Abilities: Managing multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously
· Skilled in using LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
· Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications
· Problem-Solving: Creative approach to talent acquisition challenges
· Adaptability: Staying current with evolving recruitment trends
