Inside Sales Trainee – SaaS SolutionsLocation: Dwarka, DelhiPosition Overview:We are seeking a motivated MBA graduate to join our Inside Sales team, focusing on SaaS solutions for the Retail and Supply Chain sectors. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to the sales lifecycle—from lead generation to pre-sales engagement—while building expertise in B2B SaaS selling.Experience: MBA from Tier-1/2 Institutes with 0–1 year of experience in Inside Sales / SaaS / B2B selling.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital channels.- Build and manage a healthy sales funnel with consistent follow-ups.- Present product value propositions aligned to client business needs.- Support sales team in scheduling and conducting product demos.- Maintain accurate lead and activity updates in CRM systems.- Assist in nurturing client relationships during the pre-sales stage.- Research industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen pitches.Qualifications & Skills:- MBA in Business/Marketing (Science/Technology graduate preferred with 70%+ marks).- Strong interest in SaaS product sales, pre-sales, or client-facing roles.- Knowledge of retail and supply chain sectors (or eagerness to learn).- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with CRM and sales productivity tools is a plus.- Willingness to travel occasionally for client interactions.
