Inside Sales Trainee – SaaS Solutions

Location:
 Dwarka, Delhi

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated MBA graduate to join our Inside Sales team, focusing on SaaS solutions for the Retail and Supply Chain sectors. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to the sales lifecycle—from lead generation to pre-sales engagement—while building expertise in B2B SaaS selling.

Experience:
 MBA from Tier-1/2 Institutes with 0–1 year of experience in Inside Sales / SaaS / B2B selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital channels.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales funnel with consistent follow-ups.
  • Present product value propositions aligned to client business needs.
  • Support sales team in scheduling and conducting product demos.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity updates in CRM systems.
  • Assist in nurturing client relationships during the pre-sales stage.
  • Research industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen pitches.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA in Business/Marketing (Science/Technology graduate preferred with 70%+ marks).
  • Strong interest in SaaS product sales, pre-sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of retail and supply chain sectors (or eagerness to learn).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales productivity tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client interactions.
