Job Description
As a GWS Presales Engineer, you'll be the bridge between our sales and deployment teams, providing technical expertise to drive successful client engagements. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to design and propose Google Workspace and Microsoft-based solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DNS panels, email protocols (POP/IMAP/Exchange), and domain security.
- Manage Google Workspace/Microsoft admin consoles, including user setup, account recovery, and compliance configurations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and provide end-user training.
- Stay current with emerging tools and technologies to enhance customer experience.
- Assist with email migrations and backup solutions using industry-leading tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years in Google Workspace/Microsoft deployment, migration, or support AWS, Azure.
- Strong knowledge of DNS, email security protocols (MX, SPF, CNAME, etc.), and collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting email clients and managing admin consoles.
- Basic understanding of MDM solutions and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Google Workspace or Microsoft solutions are a plus.
