Location: Remote (U.Type: Full-Time Compensation: Fixed salary + semesterly targets for performance variable About The Company Muses Consulting Studio is a Gen-Z-focused collegiate marketing agency that designs and executes ambassador programs, influencer campaigns, and on-campus activations for leading consumer brands across the U.Our work sits at the intersection of culture, youth trends, and brand storytelling, powered by a nationwide community of college students and creators. Website: We’re now looking for a high-ownership, fire-in-the-belly Head of Partnerships who can take full end-to-end responsibility for bringing new business into Muses. LinkedIn outreach (personalized + automated sequences) CRM-driven pipelines (HubSpot or similar) LinkedIn paid ads for B2B targeting Industry list building, scraping, and segmentation Ideate engaging content themes, event ideas, and campaign activities tailored to the American Gen-Z landscape. Brand & Client Communication F&B and consumer brand ecosystem Join communities, Slack groups, LinkedIn groups, and founder/operator circles Identify the right decision-makers (VPs, Heads of Marketing, Brand Leads) Updating the website on a semesterly basis, as per recent work completed Plan for the company’s presence (budgeting, tickets, outreach, booth ideas, follow-ups) Respond instantly and professionally to interested leads, answering all questions via email and cultivating leads to a pitch-call CRM Ownership: You will manage: CRM hygiene (HubSpot), deal stages, lead prioritization, quarterly forecasting and conversion metrics Own the Founder’s LinkedIn Presence as a BD Growth Channel: Manage a weekly LinkedIn content calendar for the founder Conduct weekly outreach for virtual coffee chats with relevant executives Build and nurture a strong industry network through LinkedIn interactions 2–5 years selling human services: whether marketing creative services, or operations-driven solutions ~ Prior experience pitching to U.Agency or agency-adjacent experience (ideal but not mandatory) ~ Strong outbound sales experience (LinkedIn + email) ~ Comfortable creating decks and pitch materials, from content writing + design ~ Gain international-market exposure, working directly with exciting, youth-driven global brands in F&B, fashion, and consumer tech.
