We're looking for a Head of Partnerships a driven leader who can build, manage, and scale our partner ecosystem across accounting firms, tax professionals, fintech providers, and SaaS platforms. The Opportunity The Head of Partnerships will define and lead Sage's partner and business development strategy. You'll work closely with the CEO and Sales Leadership to identify, structure, and grow high-value partnerships that expand our reach, open new revenue channels, and strengthen Sage's presence in the U.S. accounting, tax, and fintech ecosystem. This is a strategic role for someone who combines relationship leadership, enterprise sales, and GTM strategy building partnerships that deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company growth and revenue goals. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners including accounting firms, tax advisors, fintech platforms, and referral networks. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and enterprise decision-makers. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to co-create go-to-market initiatives and joint marketing campaigns. - Negotiate revenue-share agreements, partnership terms, and service-level commitments ensuring mutual success. - Establish KPIs and dashboards to track partner performance, ROI, and revenue impact. - Provide market and partner insights to influence product, service, and expansion strategies. What You Bring - 35+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or enterprise sales. - Proven track record of closing B2B deals and scaling partner ecosystems in SaaS, fintech, or service-based businesses. - Strong understanding of U.S. accounting, tax, or financial services workflows. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making ability. - Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning Sales, Product, and Marketing. - Exceptional communication and consultative selling style. Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Strategy preferred.
