Head of Partnerships
— a driven leader who can
build, manage, and scale our partner ecosystem
across
accounting firms, tax professionals, fintech providers, and SaaS platforms
.

The Opportunity

The
Head of Partnerships
will define and lead Sage's
partner and business development strategy
.

You'll work closely with the
CEO and Sales Leadership
to identify, structure, and grow
high-value partnerships
that expand our reach, open new revenue channels, and strengthen Sage's presence in the
U.S. accounting, tax, and fintech ecosystem
.

This is a strategic role for someone who combines
relationship leadership, enterprise sales, and GTM strategy
— building partnerships that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a
    comprehensive partnership strategy
    aligned with company growth and revenue goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard
    strategic partners
    including accounting firms, tax advisors, fintech platforms, and referral networks.
  • Build and nurture
    long-term relationships
    with C-level executives and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to
    co-create go-to-market initiatives
    and
    joint marketing campaigns
    .
  • Negotiate
    revenue-share agreements
    , partnership terms, and service-level commitments ensuring mutual success.
  • Establish
    KPIs and dashboards
    to track partner performance, ROI, and revenue impact.
  • Provide
    market and partner insights
    to influence product, service, and expansion strategies.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in
    partnership management, business development, or enterprise sales
    .
  • Proven track record of
    closing B2B deals
    and scaling
    partner ecosystems
    in
    SaaS, fintech, or service-based businesses
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    U.S. accounting, tax, or financial services
    workflows.
  • Excellent
    negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Strategic thinker with
    data-driven decision-making
    ability.
  • Experience leading
    cross-functional teams
    and aligning Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Exceptional
    communication
    and
    consultative selling
    style.

Education:
Bachelor's degree required;
MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Strategy
preferred.
