We design immersive, multi-sensory brand experiences - from powerful stage productions to high-tech activations that leave a lasting impact.We’re looking for Client Servicing experts to lead key client relationships and deliver seamless, high-impact event experiences.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Client Servicing Expert with 2-3 years of experience. The Client Servicing Expert will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring all project related tasks are executed on time and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.What you will do:Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring trust and satisfactionManage end-to-end client servicing — from brief to flawless event deliveryCollaborate with internal creative, production, and tech teams to bring ideas to lifeManage multiple accounts, ensuring quality, profitability, and timely deliverySpot opportunities to grow accounts through upselling & cross-sellingWhat we are looking for:2 - 3 years of experience in client servicing (corporate events, conferences, experiential marketing, media, or advertising)Proven success managing large-scale clients/ projects independentlyExcellent communication, negotiation & presentation skillsStrong multitasking & problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of event production processes, budgets, and timelinesWillingness to work flexible hours during event schedulesComplete ownership towards your work and projects assigned to youExperience working in an office environment with knowledge of basic tools like MS Office suite, Canva, etc.Ability to work independently without constant supervision and as part of a team
