Expert Client Servicing Professional

  • A high-performing client servicing specialist to deliver exceptional service to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide premium support to corporate clients ensuring their employee benefit and non-employee benefit portfolios are managed efficiently.
  2. Collaborate with account managers to establish policy administration frameworks with insurance companies.
  3. Coordinate effective roll-out of policy inception processes at client locations.
  4. Monitor and manage monthly endorsements with insurers for addition and deletion cases.
  5. Offer claim support to clients as needed.
  6. Supply clients with reports on policy utilization.
  7. Develop relationships with insurance company representatives to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in insurance broking or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefit and non-employee benefit policies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
