**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Client Servicing team in day-to-day client interactions and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Support in understanding client requirements, translating them into actionable tasks for the creative and strategy team
- Help coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, strategy, social media, etc.) to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor the progress of client projects, ensuring timelines are met and communicating updates to clients.
- Participate in client meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates for client projects.
- Assist in managing client feedback, revisions, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Conduct research and provide insights into industry trends and competitors that may benefit the client's campaigns.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with experience in project management, client engagement, customer support, or related fields.

Experience with digital advertising, marketing, or communications is a plus.
- Are available for full time (in-office) internship.
- Are available for duration of 3 months.
- Are from or open to relocate to Mumbai.
