Assistant du Service Client

En tant qu'assistant du service client, vous contribuerez à garantir que les besoins des clients soient satisfaits de manière efficace et efficiente.

Vous travaillerez étroitement avec l'équipe de gestion pour identifier et résoudre les problèmes potentiels liés à la livraison des services au client. La communication efficace est essentielle pour ce rôle.

L'assistant du service client doit être capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, de prioriser les tâches et de faire preuve d'initiative dans la résolution des problèmes.

Qualifications Requises
  • Bac + 3 en relations publiques ou discipline connexe
  • Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Maitrise de Microsoft Office, y compris Excel, Word et PowerPoint
