The organization is known for the innovation, quality and design of its products, aggressive marketing and Omni-Channel distribution strategy.Job Responsibilities:Credit Limit Review & Evaluation:· Monitor, review, and evaluate customer credit limits based on financial analysis and transaction history.· Adjust and finalize credit limits to mitigate risk while maintaining customer relationships.Finalization of Terms of Trade:· Negotiate and finalize trading terms and agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.· Ensure all commercial terms comply with company policies and standards.Collection Management:· Oversee timely collection of payments from customers.· Develop and implement strategies to reduce overdue payments and maintain optimal cash flow.Scheme & Discount Settlement:· Handle the financial settlement of schemes, promotions, and discounts offered to customers.· Ensure accurate calculation, validation, and timely processing of claims.Customer Reconciliation:· Regularly conduct account reconciliations with various customers.· Ensure alignment between customer balances and company records, resolving discrepancies efficiently.Qualification:· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, or a related field.· 3 to 5 years of experience in sales commercial roles, preferably in the consumer goods or home appliances industry.· Strong knowledge of credit management, trade finance, and collections.· Proficiency in financial reconciliation and settlement processes.Skills:· Strong analytical and negotiation skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.· Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, ensure that relevant stakeholders are kept apprised of project progress and challenges, while ensuring that the level of detail is appropriate for each audience· Equally capable of handling large, complex projects, as well as multitasking across a number of smaller ones, adapting management style to fit the situation
