Job Objective:

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities in commercial moving, office shift, and fine arts moving by developing new and existing client relationships. They will also expand opportunities for revenue generation in Commercial Moving business through consultative selling and a profit-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet prospective clients (virtually/in-person as required) and execute effective Glovve product demonstrations by emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.

- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities, including opportunities to expand sales through alliances.

- Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan, including Outbound and Inbound prospect management.

- Follow up with prospective clients, including those sourced by the Mobility team, and close deals.

- Participate in conferences, representing the company for brand awareness.

- Maintain and expand the database of prospects for the organization.

- Provide suggestions to improve sales and marketing strategies.

- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure that the sales team has an adequate number of qualified opportunities to work upon.

- Advise on Relocations practices to establish workflow needs and expectations.
