Revenue & P&L Management
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share through strategic pricing, product assortment, and marketing initiatives.
Achieve ROAS targets while achieving scale & maintaining contribution margins.
Monitor KPIs such as revenue, customer acquisition, retention, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment.
Collaborate closely with the Business Head to deliver growth objectives and scale the business effectively.
Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, app, SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertisements.
Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, PPC campaigns, lead generation, and performance analysis.
Develop strategies to drive qualified traffic, acquire new customers, and increase consumer engagement online and offline.
Customer Journey & Experience Optimization
Map and refine customer funnels at every stage of the online journey.
Enhance user experience by optimizing website & app design, usability, and personalization.
Measure and report on digital marketing performance, gaining insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Content & Campaign Management
Lead content strategy and development for promotional campaigns, ensuring consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
Design and develop marketing materials, from app & website banners to consumer acquisition tools, to enhance brand visibility.
Marketplace Partnerships & Digital Growth
Establish and manage partnerships with online marketplaces to boost visibility and sales.
Leverage digital marketing channels to maximize traffic and conversion rates.
Tech Integration & Analytics
Collaborate with technology teams to implement innovative tools and solutions that enhance e-commerce operations.
Analyze data and insights to make informed decisions on inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to drive holistic growth.
Strategic Innovation & Future Planning
Work closely with the Business Head to define future strategies for scaling the business.
Develop tactics to engage, educate, and motivate target audiences, fostering loyalty to the platform.
