Strong understanding of FMCG / Beauty & Personal Care sales in Modern Trade.
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
Data-driven approach with strong skills in sales forecasting and analytics.
Qualifications & Experience
~ MBA / Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
~5–8 years of experience in FMCG / Beauty / Personal Care sales, with at least 3 years handling Modern Trade accounts.
~ Proven track record of delivering sales growth and building MT partnerships.
