Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team in achieving timely execution of month-end checkpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, processing timesheets, and generating invoices.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Timesheet & Billing team to ensure timely execution of month-end checkpoints.
  • Timesheet Processing: Process timesheets and generate invoices (VMO & NVMO consultants), prepare monthly hours and sales reports, and coordinate with Payroll, Audit, and Assignment teams.
  • Invoice Management: Manage and submit miscellaneous invoices (bonuses, expenses, conversion & placement fees, PTO, background checks, drug tests, etc.) and record miscellaneous income/revenue in the accounting system.
  • Payroll and Billing Adjustments: Approve payroll & billing adjustments, credit notes, and resolve timesheet and pay-related issues.
  • Audit and Compliance: Monitor and respond to audit queries, review contracts for billing, MSP fees, discounts, payment terms, and other accounting clauses, and track contract amendments and notify relevant teams.
  • Billing Disputes: Handle billing disputes from AR & Audit Teams and ensure timely execution of month-end checkpoints.
  • Communication: Manage tenure discount communications and maintain a solution-oriented mindset as an effective cross-functional communicator.
