Accounting ExpertWe seek an experienced accounting professional to join our global finance team. This role will be based in India, working closely with clients from the Cayman Islands, providing support with financial reporting and day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations as applicable.
- Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- Assist with preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.
- Train, supervise, and mentor junior accounting staff.
- CA/CPA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and familiarity with Cayman Islands financial regulations is a plus.
- Experience in leading, training, or managing junior staff members within a finance or accounting team.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across time zones.
- High attention to detail, with a problem-solving mindset.
