Job Opportunity

Sikich seeks a seasoned accounting professional with 5-7 years of experience in private accounting. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in accounting operations, including cash receipts and payments, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger management.

About the Role

We are seeking an expert who can deliver transformative strategies and insights that strengthen every dimension of our clients' businesses. With extensive experience as entrepreneurs, business owners, and industry innovators, we provide comprehensive solutions to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process cash receipts and maintain A/R subledger
  • Process cash disbursements and maintain A/P subledger
  • Payroll processing through payroll provider and accounting software
  • Maintain the general ledger
  • Prepare cash, credit card, and other asset and liability reports

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in accounting software and technology is essential for this role. Additionally, the candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
