Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead region assigned
- Customer Engagement: Build long-term, value-driven relationships with key customers. Understand their business vision and align our solutions to their strategic priorities.
- Tender Management: Manage tender processes in the Research & Academia segment, ensuring competitive positioning and timely execution.
- Account Growth: Drive consistent growth within existing customer accounts through proactive engagement and solution-driven selling.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical, and operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Market Insights: Gather and share critical insights on competitor activity and emerging industry trends to inform business strategy.
- Territory Coverage: Travel up to 50% within the territory to strengthen client relationships, explore opportunities, and meet sales goals.
- Team Contribution: Collaborate in a high-performing, goal-oriented team environment that values initiative and continuous improvement.
Desired Profile
- Bachelors or Master's degree, preferably in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related scientific field.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in the analytical instruments or scientific equipment space.
