Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in Luxury Residential Projects, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and will be responsible for meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies and plans. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team, attending sales meetings, and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to close deals
- Experience in real estate market research and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Previous experience in the real estate industry, particularly in luxury residential projects, is a plus
