Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Gujarat, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include preparing sales reports, forecasting market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and ensuring the profitability of the company's product lines.
Qualifications
- Sales strategy development and implementation skills
- Customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal skills
- Market analysis and forecasting experience
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
