The HSTC (High Stakes Test Center) Operations Coordinator - India Based plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of High-Stakes Test Centers (HSTCs).

Reporting to High Stakes Test Centre Management Team Leader, the role involves working with partners, managing schedules, ensuring compliance, and providing the necessary tools and processes for efficient exam delivery. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential to maintaining high-quality standards.

As a HSTC (High Stakes Test Center) Operations Coordinator - India Based your tasks will include the following:

Coordinate scheduling across the HSTC network, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements.

Oversee CCTV monitoring across HSTCs to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.

Proactively identify and communicate quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement to the relevant teams.

Conduct visits to High-Stakes Test Centers to assess operations, ensure adherence to company standards, and provide on-site support for continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.

~1-3 previous working experience in a multi-cultured environment would be considered a plus.

~ Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2). Extra languages desired

~ Advanced computer literacy is required. Experience in liaising with multiple teams and departments.

~ Strong focus on compliance, ensuring all processes and communications adhere to relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

~ Flexibility to travel as required to support operational needs.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check

Financial background check

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
