Job Title: Senior Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with the ability to coordinate and supervise multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate with students, departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage student queries and concerns related to fees, enrollment, and attendance.
  • Supervise travel arrangements and expenses for team members.
  • Regularize student attendance and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with departments to plan and execute lectures, workshops, and other events.
  • Manage inventory and procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
