Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Manager at Volody in Mumbai. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies to generate new business leads, nurturing leads through the sales funnel, analyzing data to optimize lead generation campaigns, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives. This includes market research, competitive analysis, and identifying target audiences.
Digital Marketing: Develop, implement and oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Lead Generation: Work in partnership with the sales and product team to create lead generation strategies and campaigns. Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads through various marketing channels.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and blog posts.
Event Management: Coordinate and manage events, webinars, podcasts, digital content etc
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing in SaaS company
Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
