EVONSYS We are looking for,Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated IT Service Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level IT support, managing cloud administration, and ensuring smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT service desk operations, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to customer service.Responsibilities:· Provide IT administration and first-level support for end users.· Monitor infrastructure and backup alerts, escalating issues to appropriate teams.· Manage service requests, coordinate escalations, and ensure timely resolutions.· Perform IT technical documentation and basic reporting.· Handle IT asset management, including vendor and courier coordination.· Support cloud administration and assist with migration processes.· Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.· Troubleshoot and resolve basic laptop, network hardware, and application issues.· Administer and troubleshoot basic Linux server environments.· Manage Microsoft O365, Intune MDM, and Active Directory.· Operate effectively within a 24x7 structured roster-based IT environment.· Diagnose and resolve technical issues through user discussions, problem logging, and follow-up.Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.· 1-2 years of experience in IT service desk operations, with knowledge of cloud administration (Azure, AWS, GCP preferred).· Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service.· Ability to work under pressure, adapt to new technologies quickly, and operate effectively in a multinational team.· Familiarity with ISO 27001/27701 compliance and experience working with foreign clients is a plus.· Commitment to following company policies and upholding the highest ethical standards.EvonSys thrives on a work culture that is built upon human values, which is the core of our success.
