Attero | Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Manager of Customer Success to oversee our existing client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of our E-waste EPR, IPR, battery EPR, IPR, and ITAD services. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and driving revenue growth through strategic engagement with our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs and goals to provide personalized support and guidance on Attero’s services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our services, including E-waste EPR, battery EPR, IPR, and ITAD.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive client engagement and increase service utilization.
• Provide product training and support to clients to help them maximize the value of Attero's services.
• Monitor client feedback and market trends to inform service enhancements and new offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and funnel activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or relevant field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales, preferably in the sustainability, waste management, or recycling industry.
• Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth through effective relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with E-waste recycling, EPR, IPR, and ITAD services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for sustainability and a commitment to making a positive impact.
