Position: Business Development- Associate Director (B2B)
Location: Noida
Job Profile:
Developing and executing business development strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue while focusing on increasing the market share in the e-waste industry.
Identifying and engaging potential clients, partners, and suppliers to enhance business opportunities and foster growth.
Leading sourcing activities to secure cost-effective and efficient supplies for Attero Recycling's e-waste business.
Building and managing a high-performing team by providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to achieve business objectives and targets.
Creating a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement.
Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners, to drive business growth and ensure long-term partnerships.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on opportunities, mitigate risks, and stay ahead in the e-waste recycling market.
Setting and achieving Sourcing targets & goals and performance metrics while aligning strategies with company objectives.
Implementing best practices for feedstock sourcing, ethical business practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements within the e-waste recycling industry for overall business success and reputation.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and think creatively, with an innovative approach to structuring deals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English. Knowledge of any language other than Hindi or English will be an added advantage.
