Inside sales manager

The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in our IT recruiting firm by identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and scheduling meetings for our Sales team. This role involves proactive outreach to clients, efficient management of schedules, and strong communication skills to ensure a seamless introduction to our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and Linked In reach out to prospective clients to introduce our IT recruiting services.
Qualify leads by understanding their hiring needs and interest in our offerings.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled appointments in the CRM.
Collaborate closely with the sales and recruiting teams to ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements :
5-7 years of experience in B2 B appointment setting.
IT Staffing experience is a must.
Previous experience in B2 B appointment setting, preferably in recruitment or IT services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Experience with Hub Spot and Zoom Info is a big plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups.
