Any Graduates
Relevant international sales experience required.
Comfortable with U.S. Shifts: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Work Location: Chennai (Onsite at Global Delivery Center, Ambattur)
Salary: Excellent package + Huge incentives + Perks
Working Days: 5 days a week, Sat/Sun off

Roles & Responsibilities:
Making/Doing cold calls and Lead generation targeting B2B clients in the IT sector - 100-150 calls per day.
Generate and manage new leads, setting meetings with prospective U.S. clients.
Drive the entire business development process from initial call through to closure.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners across all levels.
Contribute to the client base expansion and maintain business performance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's/Master's in Business, HR, or related field.
Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Must be comfortable working in night shifts.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proven sales track record.
