We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist who has a proven track record in IT services or IT staffing sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing deals, and exceeding growth targets. This role will also require building strong relationships and leveraging existing networks to create new business channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by leveraging multiple lead generation channels (cold outreach, inbound marketing, networking, etc.)
Deal Closure: Take ownership of the sales process from initial contact to final contract, ensuring alignment with client needs and closing deals efficiently.
Growth Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual deal closure and revenue growth targets.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers to drive repeat and referral business.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competition, and client feedback to provide insights for strategic growth initiatives.
Multi-channel Strategy: Implement and refine a multi-channel lead generation strategy using digital marketing, outbound campaigns, and networking to maximize business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Business Development Executive (BDE) in an IT services or IT staffing firm (Must have).
- Strong skills in lead generation, deal closure, and meeting or exceeding growth targets.
- Ability to leverage an existing network to create new business opportunities.
- Experience with multi-channel lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to provide market insights and help with business growth strategies.
