Outbound Sales Specialist - Asset Infinity

Job Summary:  We are looking for a proactive and experienced Outbound Sales Specialist to generate and convert new leads through curated strategies and personal networks. This role involves developing a database, reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, delivering demos, and closing deals. Candidates with existing contacts and a proven track record in outbound sales will be highly preferred.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:  Proactively identify and target potential clients by building and managing your own database of qualified leads.
  • Database Management:  Curate and maintain a list of contacts for outreach, leveraging existing industry networks to identify prospects.
  • Client Engagement:  Initiate contact, qualify prospects, and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client requirements.
  • Product Demonstrations:  Conduct demos to highlight product features and solutions that align with the client’s specific needs.
  • Proposal & Negotiation:  Develop proposals, handle objections, and negotiate terms to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Sales Closure:  Follow through with leads, manage objections, and close sales to achieve or exceed targets.

 

 

Key Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:  Preferably an MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of B2B software sales experience in product domains such as ERP, CRM, HRTech, Asset Management, or Supply Chain.
  • Market Exposure:  Must have exposure to both domestic and international markets.
  • Technical Skills:  Familiarity with Zoho CRM, subscription management tools, and experience as a power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Communication:  Excellent written and verbal skills; capable of speaking to large, senior groups and strong in written communication.
