Asst Manager – Business Development Designation: Asst Manager – Business Development Qualification: BE Mech , automotive , metallurgy Experience : min 8 years in sales & Marketing with basic knowledge in metal additive mfg process & engineering drg / application. Lead ,Initiate & drive Business development ( B to B) process across Metal Additive mfg , Market survey , Liaising with clients on technical & commercial needs & Generation of Orders across PAN India & global requirement for Metal additive mfg ( parts & assembly ) handling tenders , enquiries as well as managing relationship with customers though directly or Digital marketing across business verticals ie Space/defence /automotive/engineering /aerospace. Should have good communication skills both speaking & written. 1. Business Development for identified markets/customers/segments as agreed with management from time to time. 2. Enquiries & Quotations. 3. Customer Account Management. 4. Customer Satisfaction. 5. Follow-up with customer for payments. Business Development 1. Develop a revenue growth strategy for exciting as well as new potential customers in Metal 3D Printing. 2. Identify new markets, potential customers, and shall meet customers to promote the company’s products and services according to their requirements. 3. Prepare and Present MIS to report Manager on sales targets, forecast and new potential customers. 4. Shall keep track of market information and present to management from time to time. 5. Shall attend forums where opportunities for new business can be developed. 6. Shall keep all customers and company information, drawings and data confidential. Shall be responsible for signing NDA. 7. To assess the risk and provide feedback on all customer contracts.
